BHRA offers a multitude of professional development, networking, and round table events each year. As a supporter of both Janesville and Beloit communities, our events generally rotate between both cities. We also strive to offer programming at a variety of times throughout the year. Conference Description
The 2023 Wisconsin SHRM Workplace Policy Conference will provide HR professionals with an ideal forum to learn, discuss, network and engage with others on workplace policy matters, keeping employees and customers safe, advocacy topics and the latest employment law updates.

A $40 administrative fee will be charged for conference cancellations received before or on January 31, 2023. Requests for refunds after January 31st will be denied unless there are extenuating circumstances which prevent an attendee from finding another person to attend the conference in their place. An extenuating circumstance may include an unexpected death in the family or medical emergency. Proof of the hardship will be required. Changing workloads and/or staffing levels will not be considered valid reasons. These requests will be reviewed by members of the WI SHRM Executive Council, Workplace Policy Chair and the Conference Liaison Director on a case-by-case basis.
