This session will focus on developing a cohesive strategy that addresses wellbeing from a holistic perspective – one that supports and empowers individuals to thrive at work, at home, and in their communities.  We’ll also identify and talk about leveraging resources available to support all aspects of an individual’s wellbeing:  physical, social/emotional, financial, career and community health.  A holistic approach includes solutions that engage employees in workplace safety, as well as career development and resiliency.  These solutions can help drive better engagement and organizational wellbeing.

About Our Speakers:

Josh Bergman

As Area Vice President, Josh’s core focus is establishing and maintaining client relationships. In collaboration with other specialized industry experts across Gallagher, he ensures that each client’s Total Rewards Strategy is aligned with their unique organizational needs and financial expectations.

Since 2016, Josh has consulted several well-known, highly respected firms on their health and risk management programs. In 2020, he joined Gallagher and brings his accomplished professional experience to the Wisconsin team.
Josh is a relentless problem-solver for companies trying to balance healthcare costs and quality of benefits. His experience brings a unique perspective to his clients by understanding the intricacies of each organization’s distinctive culture, and recommends cost effective strategies to satisfy their overall employee life cycle needs.

Josh received his BA in Marketing and Public Relations from Carthage College. He currently resides in Waukesha with his wife, Cammie and his son, Royce. He is an avid sports fan and golfer, enjoys reading, and
loves spending free time hiking with the family.

Emily Mullen

As Area Vice President, Emily’s core focus is establishing and maintaining client relationships. Blending her experience with a team of Gallagher specialists, she oversees the execution of each client’s Total Rewards Strategy.
Emily’s background is in Human Resources. She experienced the day-to-day tasks only those within the HR community can holistically understand. This has provided Emily a unique ability to better empathize and problem solve with her clients. Her expertise spans across organizational wellbeing, talent recruitment & retention, HR technology, and value-enhancing benefit resources. Since joining Gallagher, Emily has made an immediate impact in the strategy development and idea generation for the Wisconsin team.

Emily earned her BA in Organizational Communications and Marketing from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
