As a supporter of both Janesville and Beloit communities, our events generally rotate between both cities. We also strive to offer programming at a variety of times throughout the year. The presentation will cover ways to develop Total Rewards Strategies - including compensation and benefit programs - that help an employer effectively motivate a diverse workforce that includes everyone from Baby Boomers to Generation Z/Post Millennials.
Session Objectives:
- Learn how to begin a compensation org review and create a job grade program
- Learn how to develop a compensation philosophy
- Learn how to leverage a conjoint analysis to measure the value employees put on total rewards programs
- Discuss best practices with fellow HR professionals on Total Rewards strategies
