BHRA offers a multitude of professional development, networking, and round table events each year. As a supporter of both Janesville and Beloit communities, our events generally rotate between both cities. We also strive to offer programming at a variety of times throughout the year. Stopping the Spread of COVID-19 - Opportunities for Employers to Lead
The Alliance, Business Health Care Group (BHCG), and WEA Trust and Health Tradition Health Plan are pleased to host a 90-minute webinar on Thursday, December 10, with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Population Health Institute.
The 10:00 a.m. webinar will feature Dr. Jon Meiman, Chief Medical Officer and State Epidemiologist for Environmental and Occupational Health at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
Dr. Meiman will discuss the critical role employers play in helping to stop the spread of COVID-19, which includes: understanding Public Health’s role in working with employers, being aware of the resources available to them, and sharing effective messages with their employees and families. This event is particularly crucial as we are fast approaching the holiday season – where large family gatherings occur – and case numbers are continuing to rise.
